Are bloggers journalists? (Melisa Yee Pik Lian 1092701549)

In my opinion, bloggers are most definitely not journalists, but journalists can be bloggers. Anyone can be a blogger as long as you have a blog. For example, I'm a blogger now, writing down my opinions and thoughts on this topic in my own blog.

Journalists have to research the subject they are writing on, they need proof to back up their opinions, they need to list down evidence and their research so that they are able to write a good article to persuade and convince people. However, journalists can also be bloggers too. They might publish their article online in their blog so that more people will have access to it.
